Drug trafficker arrested in Marbella

Police in Marbella have arrested a 43 year old man, born in Pakistan but with Danish nationality, under an international arrest warrant issued in Denmark relating to organised drug trafficking.

Briton arrested for assault in Benahavis

A British national, M.E.H., has been arrested in Benahavis for the alleged crimes of illegal possession of weapons and assault after he entered an establishment in Marbella and broke the leg of another Briton. The accused is due to appear in Court shortly. The victim suffered a broken tibia and fibula.

A man arrested for trying to steal a camera from a supermarket in Marbella turned out to be a Local Police officer and he spent the night in the cells being guarded by his colleagues.

Tragedy at swimming pool in Marbella

A two year old girl died from drowning on Wednesday after falling into a swimming pool at a private home in Marbella. The parents decided not to wait for the Emergency Services and took the girl to the Hospital Costa del Sol but doctors were unable to revive her.
