I know opinions are divided on the subject of ‘street artists’, but it does seem a little strange to wander around all day and not see a single busker, juggler, living statue or other itinerant entertainer anywhere on the streets.
WiFi zone for young people
The Department of Youth has set up a summer terrace and wifi zone at the Youth Information Centre in calle Cristo, available for use by young people (14 to 35 years), be they residents or visitors to the town.
More trouble for Jimmy’s
Jimmy’s disco in calle Antonio Millón, Nerja, has been ordered to close for the second time this year for exceeding permitted noise levels, the problem apparently connected with the cooling system within the facility.
