La Bodeguilla in calle Antonio Millón, Nerja, remains one of the best tapas bars in town. Great range of dishes, friendly atmosphere, good terrace with the barrels and real value for money. Tapas plus olives plus small beer, €1.90.
Cold beer at La Alacena de mi Fernando
Popped in to La Alacena de mi Fernando on avenida Mediterraneo, Nerja, for the first time in a while. Still a very nice place to sit and watch the world go by but was a bit disappointed to find that a beer was now €2.25 and tapas are no longer included with a drink and are extra at €2 each.

Renovation of pavements in the centre of Nerja
The local government has approved a project to renovate the pavement areas in calle Pintada, calle Animas and calle Cristo as they are deemed to have deteriorated.
