National Police have so far arrested 60 people as part of Operation Emperador, a two-year investigation into money laundering, crimes against workers’ rights, extortion, prostitution, illegal gambling, drugs trafficking and smuggling related to the Chinese mafia. Amongst the detainees are a socialist councillor and the porno actor Nacho Vidal.
