The side effects of the odd drop of rain combined with strong winds can be seen on many streets. It wouldn’t actually take much effort for people to dump their dead brollies in a bin.
Calle El Barrio update April 15th 2012
Calle El Barrio will look good when the current works are finished, although it now looks like reverting to Plan A – completion up to the cafe El Barrio and the rest next year, especially if the completion date remains April.
