Rincón de la Victoria heavily in debt

Rincón de la Victoria Council has applied for two loans of €5 million each, one this year and one next, to help towards paying municipal salaries and maintaining essential services.

The Asociación de Comerciantes and the company operating the underground car park in Rincón de la Victoria, Sando, have expanded their agreement signed in 2008 which will allow 100 shops in the Commercial Centre to purchase 150 tickets at €60 for the purpose of giving away free parking to their customers.
