Drama at ten minutes to five this evening as the sound of sirens and screeching tyres filled the air. First, an ambulance went screaming down calle Diputación. Shortly thereafter, no less than three Guardia Civil vehicles came hurtling down avenida Castilla Perez, lights flashing and sirens wailing, and swung round, tyres squealing, in pursuit of the ambulance.
