A fire has destroyed about four hectares of scrub land in the Cerro de la Coscoja area on the Torrox-Frigiliana border.

Major works in Torrox to start next week

Torrox Council has chosen to use funding available through the so-called Plan Zapatero (Fondo Estatal de Inversión Local) for a mere four projects and now, with the administrative formalities completed, work is scheduled to begin next week.
