Ronda Council and the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Ronda, Campillos and Guadalteba (Apymer) have signed a collaboration agreement whereby vouchers will be handed out to visitors to certain monuments for spending in various local establishments.

Figures just published relating to tourist visitors to Spain during the first five months of 2009 show an overall decline of 11.8% compared to last year.

Tourism figures for Andalucía for the third trimester show a decline in numbers of around 2.6%. There was a total of 9,020,000 visitors, of whom 61.6% were resident in Spain.
