The Department of Environment has organised a number of activities for Thursday June 5th to coincide with World Environment Day.

Thursday June 5th is World Environment Day and the Council has presented a programme of events to commemorate the occasion.

The Department of Youth has organised a day of ‘environmental awareness’ on the occasion of World Environment Day on June 5th 2013.

World Environment Day is on June 5th and the bulk of activities taking place in the town centre around the schools.
